It was our dream to take Palermo's' name sake, Palermo Italy, a small town tucked into the hills of Tuscany, and bring it's simple rich flavors to the states.  With a strong background in food service and a love for all things Italian, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.  Mangiare!

We stock our restaurant kitchen in much the same way that we stock our home kitchen, with hand selected meats, produce, flour and more.

In addition to our regular menu items, we also offer daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients, the weather and how we are feeling. We are always on the lookout for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel, we bring back our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries.
